1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nichedle, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibility

You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for maintaining the confidentiality of your token and PIN.

You are also responsible for any activity performed using your token.

3. Token and PIN Account Model

Nichedle uses a token-based profile model, not a traditional email/password account model.

If a PIN is enabled for a token, protected actions require that PIN. Losing token or PIN may result in permanent loss of access to that profile.

4. Gameplay and Availability

Daily mode and practice mode limits are enforced by backend logic. Admin profiles may have different limits.

We may change, pause, or discontinue any feature, including limits, scoring behavior, and item data, at any time.

5. Leaderboard and Username Rules

Usernames must follow app validation rules (currently 1-20 characters, alphanumeric plus underscore). Offensive, impersonating, or abusive names may be removed or reset.

Leaderboard visibility depends on gameplay activity and ranking logic.

6. Third-Party Links and Purchases

The app may provide links to third-party product pages and external services. Purchases, pricing, shipping, and product availability are controlled entirely by those third parties.

Nichedle is not a merchant and does not process your purchase transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Nichedle code, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party brand names, logos, and product media remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape beyond permitted use, or attempt unauthorized access to Nichedle infrastructure.

You may not use the service for unlawful or harmful behavior.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nichedle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party product data, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nichedle and its operator are is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nichedle.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, including username/profile visibility, if these Terms are violated or if technical/security concerns require intervention.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Dispute venue and procedure details will follow the applicable law of Hungary.
